What is your Nickel ID for?
The ID allows you to log in to your web Client Area and your Nickel application. It is also useful when dealing with Customer Relationship Service as it allows you to authenticate yourself.
Where can you find your Nickel ID?
Your ten-digit ID is on the back of your Nickel card.

What should you do if you lose your Nickel ID?
If you lose your Nickel ID, text IDENTIFIANTS to 38063. You will then receive your ID in your email box (this must be filled in on your Customer Area beforehand).
