How do I access my Customer Area?

To create or access your Customer Area, go to: 

• The web: https://app.nickel.eu/
• The Nickel Application: download it on Iphone or Android. 

Once on the website or the Application :

• Enter your 10-digit ID (located on the back of your Nickel card)
• Enter your 6-digit access code. 
   

You haven't created your Customer Area yet?  

Depuis le web : 

• Cliquez sur “Créer mon Espace client”
• Saisissez votre identifiant à 10 chiffres (situé au dos de votre carte Nickel) ainsi que votre nom de famille indiqué à l'ouverture du compte
• Créez votre code d’accès à 6 chiffres
• Entrez le code reçu par SMS 

Depuis l’Application Nickel :

• Saisissez votre identifiant à 10 chiffres (situé au dos de votre carte Nickel) ainsi que votre nom de famille indiqué à l'ouverture du compte
• Créez votre code d’accès à 6 chiffres
• Entrez le code reçu par SMS 

From the web :

• Click on "Create my Client Area "
• Enter your 10-digit ID (located on the back of your Nickel card) as well as your last name as indicated when you opened the account
• Create your 6-digit access code
• Enter the code received by SMS

From the Nickel Application:

• Enter your 10-digit ID (located on the back of your Nickel card) and your last name as indicated when you opened the account
• Create your 6-digit access code
• Enter the code received by SMS 

Do you want to access the Customer Area of a minor for whom you are the legal representative?  

If you are also a Nickel customer:

• Log in to your Nickel web or application customer area
• Go to the "More" tab, then to "Access linked accounts"
• Select the minor's profile

If you are not a Nickel customer:

• Log in to the Customer Area
• Put in your login: it was sent to you by email when you opened the Nickel youth account
• Put in your access code: the one you chose when you first logged in
